Economic and Production Direction

The Economic and Production Department of the Caucasus Humanitarian and Analytical Foundation (CHAF) was established to develop social entrepreneurship, support humanitarian initiatives, and preserve the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Caucasus.

One of the department's key projects is the Workshop of Traditional Caucasian Products, where authentic recipes are combined with modern production methods and high-quality standards. Our mission is not only to preserve traditional Caucasian cuisine but also to adapt it to contemporary needs while maintaining its authenticity and cultural value.

The department produces traditional Caucasian dishes, semi-finished foods, and confectionery products, organizes culinary workshops, participates in cultural events, and develops social enterprise projects. Part of the revenue generated supports the Foundation's humanitarian programs and statutory activities.
