Should a Chechen marry only another Chechen? Is this an Islamic requirement, a cultural tradition, or a belief that has gradually become a myth?

In this video, we explore the topic from three perspectives: Islam, modern science, and history. We discuss what Islamic teachings actually say, what genetics tells us about marriages within the same population, and why a nation's culture is preserved through language, education, values, and family—not through ancestry alone.

This video is not intended to challenge traditions but to encourage thoughtful discussion by distinguishing cultural customs from religious teachings and scientific evidence.

What do you think preserves a nation the most—shared ancestry, culture, or upbringing? Share your thoughts in the comments.
