Humanitarian programmes

Support built around real needs

We cannot guarantee that a benefit or payment will be awarded. We help people understand the process, prepare a complete set of documents and respond effectively when an application is refused.

01♙

Support for large families

We help families understand their rights, prepare documents and move from an initial consultation towards a clear outcome.

  • a personalised Benefits Roadmap;
  • discounts on housing and utility costs;
  • free school meals;
  • children’s health and recreation programmes;
  • support after a refusal by an administrative or social protection authority.
02⌘

Bridge Between Generations

We combine document assistance for older people with practical and safe digital skills training.

  • documents for pensions and possible payments;
  • appointments with the Pension Fund service centre;
  • online payment of utility bills;
  • medical appointments and public digital services;
  • video calls with relatives and cyber safety.
03♡

Children and family initiatives

We engage communities, local authorities, businesses and donors in safe activities for children from large families.

  • seasonal family and educational events;
  • partner funding and targeted donations;
  • transparent participation criteria;
  • child safeguarding and confidentiality;
  • reporting on the use of assistance.
